In addition, once 2 hurricanes changed everything for us, the house, and the buyers, she was super helpful in preparing the house for a second hurricane, then eventually getting debris removed, working to remediate our garage (at the buyer's request, not ours), and working with the buyer's agent as things changed quickly and often. We enjoyed her energetic and positive spirit and appreciated her efforts. I share just short of a 5-star rating because I was uncomfortable with the price reductions, amendments, and consolations we were told were necessary. After learning the buyers were in charge because it was their contract, I found the overall outcome somewhat disheartening, albeit finally complete."
